Deleting a branch is permanent. It CANNOT be undone. Continue?
Throughout the document, hyphens are used in place of endash, emdash, and minus signs. This is very low priority, but someday it would be good to clean up the typography.
See, for example, the hyphens used in formulas in section 2.1.2.4.
In section 2.3.3.1, the first sentence of each of the first two paragraphs at least needs a space before the hyphen; preferable would be an endash.
Similarly in section 2.3.3.2.
For reference, an endash is – (code

) and an emdash is — (code—
).
