Section 2.2, 2nd paragraph:

The conventions given in this section are adhered to by C programs. For more information about the
implementation of C, See https://apps.na.collabserv.com/meetings/join?id=2897-3986 Section 2.3,
“Coding Examples” [48].

I think that whole https... string can be deleted, as the Section 2.3 link works correctly.
