There are pointless uses of <phrase>...</phrase> littered throughout the vector intrinsics tables (and maybe elsewhere) that don't serve any purpose. These appear to be leftovers from the conversion from the original Framemaker document, and mess up tools that want to scan the tables. These should be removed.
